The construction in the W. Pine Lot is coming to an end. The contractor plans on moving to the East Pine Lot by 7/24. Impacted permit holders will be communicated directly by the Bloomsburg Parking Department. The order of the lots to be constructed- West Pine, East Pine and Pine. The lots are expected to be fully closed when construction begins and each lot is expected to take about a month long (give or take due to weather or utility relocation delays). Robert C. Young the successful bidder on the project will coordinate with the surrounding citizens on car access/ dumpsters/ etc. This project is made possible through USDA, HUD CDBG, and American Rescue Funds.
