Levee Embankment: Current levee elevations are 485 at PS-#3, 485 at the STP, 485 at Railroad St, and 483 near Market St (except area around Pump Station #4). Clearing, grubbing, and over-excavation is complete east of Market St. and the levee is at 479.6.
Topsoil & Seeding – Topsoil and seeding are complete from 11th St to Railroad St. and east of CS-11 to Colonial St.
Toe drain for levee east of Market Street complete.
Market Street Storm Line – Construction of the storm line is complete and tied into PS-4. The junction boxes have been set and the storm line is now complete.
Simulated Stone: A sample section of the wall at CS-10 was prepared to show the color scheme for the wall.
Closure Structure #12: Concrete placement is complete.
Pump Station #3: Storm water pumps are on site. MDP,
ATS, CT, Soft Starts, Disconnect Panels have been
installed. All PS-3 concrete work is complete. Concrete
generator pad has been placed and generator has been
set. Electric conduits installed through slab. Electric duct
bank work is complete, and PP&L has installed the
primary and secondary power cables and transformer.
The electrical equipment canopy has been installed.
Sanitary pumps have been installed and electrical work
Pump Station #4: All concrete work for PS-4 is
complete. Electric duct bank is complete. Generator has
been set. All storm pipes have been installed and the
sluice gate has been set. Waiting for PP&L to install
service. Electrical canopy has been constructed.
Paving Work: Paving of 11th St. is complete.
Railroad Street: Curbing and sidewalk work has
Electric Site Work: The electrical vault near PS-4 has
been set and 502lf of primary duct bank and 190ft of
secondary duct bank has been installed and concrete
encased between the vault and Colonial St. 426 feet
of primary duct bank has been installed and concrete
placed for PS-3 including the electrical vault. Conduit
and electric panels installation continue.
Suez – 11th Street Watermain: Complete. The tie-in at the Mulch Yard access road is complete.
Project completion currently scheduled for July 28 but work on various items such as Catherine Street is
projected to be completed by late August timeframe.
