The Inspection Trench between Sta. 2+25 to 24+50, Sta. 27+50 to Sta. 37+50 has been excavated and backfilled. The test trench between 2+25 to Mulch Access Road has been excavated and is scheduled to be backfilled on Monday (12-23-2019).
The Toe Drain is nearly complete from 11th Street to market Street. Placement of Random Levee Embankment continues in these areas (Weather Dependent).
Current levee elevations are; 476.4 at PS-#3, 485 at the STP, 485 at Railroad St (except area at Closure Structure #11), and 483 near Market St (except area around Pump Station #4).
Construction of the 48″ storm line along 11th Street is shut down due to access issues with the BASD. Approximately 1300lf of 48″ pipe installed to date. Including Manholes 106, 108, 109, 110, and 111. Relocation of Manholes 111 and 112 are required due to conflicts with the existing 12″ watermain. Construction of the 48″ Storm line from PS-#3 to MH-108 is complete. Work on installation of the 48″ storm sewer on 11th St. is scheduled to resume JAN 2020.
Installation of the 30″ DIP sanitary line continues from the TYPE 5 manhole to the location of the doghouse manhole at the corner of the BASD Football Field fence. The doghouse manhole has been revised to a standard manhole and is currently on site. Installation is scheduled for after the holidays.
Closure Structure #11 – The closure is complete including the sidewalks and Railroad St. paving base course. Levee tie-out to elevation 479.00 complete in this area.
Pump Station #3 – Awaiting delivery of the 30″ DIP Storm Water Discharge tubes which are scheduled for delivery by the end of DEC. Storm water pumps are on site. Control panels are scheduled for January installation.
Pump Station #4 – Concrete base slab complete, a section of the 72″ RCP storm pipe has been set, and wall rebar and formwork continues. Concrete placement has been rescheduled for after the Holidays. Storm water pumps are on site.
Control Structure #8 – Has been set and the 36″ RCP Storm line has been installed and backfilled with flowable fill and 2RC.
The 24″ Storm line leading to PS-#4 is being installed and MH-407 has been set.
